Visitor Policy

Masking is highly recommended but optional.

• Masking is required if symptomatic or exposed to a respiratory illness.

No Visitor Restrictions:

• Adult inpatient units
• Emergency Departments
• Imaging and Lab Services
• Surgery
• Hospice Care Center
• Urgent Cares
• Ambulatory Practices – Primary and Specialty Care

Visitor Restrictions:

Family Maternity Center

• Laboring patients may have up to 2 people in the room with them (visitors may switch out).
• Postpartum patients may have up to 4 people in the room with them (visitors may switch out).
• Visitors under 18 years old must be members of the birthing person's household.

NICU

• 2 parents at the bedside and 2 additional caregivers denoted by parents that can be at the bedside when parents are not here.
• Visitors under 18 years old must be members of the household only and must be accompanied by an adult.

Pediatrics

• 4 support people at a time at the bedside (visitors may switch out).
• During respiratory season, there may be further restrictions.

EvergreenHealth Medical Center Entrance Hours

• Silver Entrance: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • West/Silver Elevators: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Blue Entrance: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Red Entrance & Elevator: open 24 hours/7 days a week

To enter the hospital after 8 p.m., please enter through the red entrance.

• Main Lobby: 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Trax Café Entrance: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (subject to change based on staffing)
• Emergency Department Entrance: 24 hours/7 days a week

To enter the hospital after 4 p.m., please enter through the emergency department entrance.
