EvergreenHealth Welcomes New Providers Across Multiple Specialties
Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth recently welcomed six new physicians and health care providers to the health system's skilled team of clinical practitioners. Joining EvergreenHealth are: Jessica Dai, MD, with Urology Care; Joshua Policella, MD, with Primary Care; Lisa Li, MD, with OB/GYN care; Patrick Maher, MD, with Orthopedics; and Jenny Harbers, PA-C, and Idil Baysal, ARNP, both with Neurosurgery.

Dr. Jessica Dai is a fellowship-trained urologist with extensive experience in the management of complex urinary stone disease and minimally invasive urologic surgery. She offers a full range of general urologic care, as well as more specialized treatment for kidney stones and urologic cancers. Outside of work, Dr. Dai loves cooking, hiking and exploring nature with her family.
Dr. Joshua Policella is board-certified in family medicine and focuses on primary care for all ages, and is particularly interested in LGBTQIA+ health care, gender-affirming care and HIV care. He partners with patients to help them best achieve their own individual health care goals. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Policella enjoy playing disc golf, listening to live music, trying new restaurants and traveling.
Dr. Lisa Li is board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology, and brings a full range of experience in gynecologic care and treatment, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery. She takes a patient-centered approach to care using evidence-based treatment. Dr. Li has performed over 200 hysterectomies, delivered more than 500 babies, and received AAGL Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology in 2021. Outside of patient care, Dr. Li enjoys finding new places to eat and shop, and she also loves watching surgery videos to keep up-to-date on her surgical techniques.
Dr. Patrick Maher is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, total hip replacement, and revision knee and hip replacement. His goal for patients is to relieve pain, restore function, and help them continue doing the things they love. Dr. Maher studied electrical engineering and computer science at MIT, where he met his wife, before choosing a career in orthopedic surgery. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Maher loves hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors with his wife, their daughter and their two dogs.
Jenny Harbers, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in neurosurgery. She treats injuries and disorders of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and the extra-cranial cerebrovascular system. Jenny strives to provide a supportive environment where patients and their families feel empowered to ask questions and express concerns. In her free time, she likes to paint watercolors, play video games, and spend time with her partner and their two cats and one dog.
Idil Baysal, ARNP, has extensive experience working in general neurology as well as neurosurgery. She has helped to provide care for patients living with debilitating neurological illnesses such as ALS, MS, neuropathy, headaches, and movement disorders. Idil focuses primarily on deep brain stimulation (DBS) programming, baclofen pump and spasticity management, multiple system atrophy, and general neurology. Outside of patient care, she enjoys rock climbing, photography, paddleboarding, learning about and trying new wines, and hiking with her husband and her goldendoodle.
