Evaluation & Referral

If you are interested in one of the Recovery Center's programs for yourself or a loved one, here are the steps to follow:

• Contact our intake staff at (360) 794-1405 for a brief phone interview to determine if you are ready for an evaluation.
• If approved, an on-site evaluation at the Recovery Center will determine if you meet the recognized criteria (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) for substance use disorder. The evaluation will take up to 60 minutes to complete and may involve a drug screen.

Based on this evaluation, we will determine the specific level of care you need, which we base on the American Society of Addiction Medicine Placement Criteria-2. We will discuss this with you, and then you can decide whether you want to follow the Recovery Center's recommendation or seek services at another recovery facility.
