See Your Doctor Without Leaving Home

Many appointments can be done with a virtual visit.

Virtual Primary Care

Virtual Primary Care is a convenient option to receive care from the comfort of your home or office where you can discuss your health with a primary care provider.

Our virtual care options give you greater access to high-quality services no matter how busy you become, allowing you to always prioritize your health.

While there will always be certain visit types that should take place in person, virtual care is a convenient alternative for follow-up appointments, mental health check-ins or when you're seeking help with minor conditions or irritations like a headache, heartburn and allergies.

You may schedule a Virtual Primary Care visit via MyChart if you have seen an EvergreenHealth primary care provider in person within the last 3 years.

Your Virtual Care Visit

You're able to make your virtual care appointment with your usual primary care provider or schedule your appointment with the first available provider.

Hours for the first available provider are Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Once you schedule your virtual visit, you'll receive a message from MyChart with more information on how to join your virtual appointment.
