Our son was born weighing just 2lbs, 15oz.

My son's early arrival was unexpected; I'd previously delivered his three older sisters without complications and each of them at term.

I was on bed rest in the antepartum unit at EvergreenHealth and it was hard to be there while my other children still needed me at home with them.

The private rooms in the antepartum and NICU units at EvergreenHealth were wonderful in allowing our family to bond and share in special moments together.

My preemie son is a bright, brilliant, happy little boy. He is healthy in every way possible.

We were very lucky and grateful to have EvergreenHealth Medical Center care for him and the needs of our family.
