  • Swim trunks/suit for tub or shower during labor – swimsuit is optional for laboring person
  • A pillow and comforter or sleeping bag from home for the room's window-seat bed

  • Calendar – Before going home, you will be scheduled to return three to five days after the birth of your baby for your Postpartum Care Center appointment. The timeframe of this essential health follow-up for the patient and baby is vital, so it is important to schedule an appointment convenient for you to keep. Partners are welcome and encouraged to be at the appointment.
  • Photo equipment/supplies
