Finding the Family Maternity Center

To find the Family Maternity Center, please use the Central Entrance to the Kirkland campus, off NE 130th Lane. The Central Parking Garage is just ahead. The maternity center building entrance is on your right. A laboring parent may choose to enter the maternity center while the driver parks. In urgent situations, the driver may park there temporarily while escorting the laboring patient safety inside. Once inside the building, turn right and continue straight to enter the maternity center's reception area.

Please note that the Family Maternity Center is a secured area. After hours, follow the instructions above and use the doorbell outside the maternity center entrance to request entry. For assistance at any time, please contact the Family Maternity Center's Health Unit Coordinator, available 24/7, at (425) 899-3501.

The hospital building is divided into color-coded zones:

  • The Family Maternity Center is located in the Blue zone on the second floor—the same as the level you enter from the Central Entrance.
  • The Obstetrical Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery Unit are located there, too.
  • The Postpartum Unit, also in the Blue zone, is located on the fifth floor.
