Ultrasound

Ultrasound is often the first-line diagnostic tool, a starting point to problem solve your condition.

It's non-invasive, portable and involves minimal discomfort. There is no exposure to harmful radiation.

EvergreenHealth's nine ultrasound machines offer unlimited scanning angles and dedicated views of the organ systems for the following procedures:

  • Abdominal
  • Gynecological
  • Pregnancy
  • Breast imaging
  • Heart imaging
  • Vascular imaging
  • Testicular
  • Thyroid
  • Pediatrics
  • Musculoskeletal

Ultrasound is frequently use in the emergency department to diagnose appendicitis, gallstones, DVTs, ectopic pregnancies and other conditions.

Diagnostic Ultrasound

By using top-of-the-line, high-resolution ultrasound machines, the muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves and joints can be precisely identified and abnormal structures can be accurately diagnosed.

As our physicians are the technicians performing the procedure in our clinic, you get the results of the study immediately. Oftentimes, same day recommendations are offered and treatments can be performed.
