10 Gold Stars for Patient Services - I will be coming back to her for my overall care. I was very impressed with her knowledge of my issue before she came in the room and had solutions to work on issues.

Dr. Tsai was very nice to work with, professional, efficient yet pleasant.

Dr. Tsai is amazing. I am so very grateful that I landed in her care a little over a year ago. She is, as I have told her, a great detective! She is able to hear my health symptoms, understand them, see where all the testing is going, and, when necessary, refer me to a specialist. She was the one who ordered all the tests and ultrasounds and sent me to an excellent gastroenterologist who is now treating me for me for an autoimmune disease. I have great faith in her and her abilities.

I believe that Dr Tsai is an amazing doctor, not only is she caring and respectful she is also spending time outside of the appointment to research on my behalf of my health concerns. No doctor has ever cared enough to do this.

She was in hurry to visit other patient. Not sure why they take appointments if they can't spent enough time with patient.
