Dr. Susanne Hopkins is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who feels it has been her privilege and honor to serve the women of Snohomish County since 1993. She is dedicated to women's healthcare and providing a safe and comfortable environment for her patients.
Dr. Hopkins enjoys every aspect of her practice, whether it is delivering a new baby, providing gynecologic care from puberty through menopause, or helping an infertile woman conceive her child. For those whose family is complete, Dr. Hopkins offers both the Novasure and Essure hormone-free birth control procedure.

Truly kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Finally an OBGYN that cares and listens! Really kept me at ease and comfortable. Answered all my questions without hesitation.

I provided a list of questions I had prior to my appointment in MyChart and she didn't appear to have seen them. She didn't go into depth at all about my general health. She gave me a pamphlet about my health concerns but it was all common knowledge. I had done a lot of research prior to my appointment and was disappointed I couldn't have more of a discussion with her. I was looking for advice specific to me and based on my health. She seemed very busy/rushed.

I felt like she tried to scare me out of a procedure rather than explaining the risks in a helpful way. Not sure if she's personally against this type of procedure - but that is how it felt.

After my labs, my doctor recommended a prescription. The recommendation was sent to me via the nurse or nursing assistant through a MyChart message. That doesn't give me much opportunity to ask questions. They sent me a link and told me to read about my medication and that was it.

Thankful *Dr. Hopkins discovered a large lump in my breast & was able to refer me quickly to have Diagnostic Mammogram & ultrasound - within the week! I was able to go to the Diagnostic MRI & ultrasound & receive my results right after - lump was benign!

We packed 2 appointments worth of stuff into one, so she was, by necessary, some what brief in our exchanges. But I'm very glad we were able to cover so much in one visit. That was extremely helpful.

Dr Hopkins has been the best OB I have seen (this is my third pregnancy). My previous OBs often left me feeling frustrated or upset (typically about weight/gain - even if I gained nothing, there was always a comment or concern made about it), and Dr Hopkins has never done that and when it is discussed it's not done in a negative way which I really appreciate. I actually enjoy my visits instead of dreading them.
