Only my second visit with Dr Reddy - she seems to be very attentive and kind. She has great mannerisms with the patient. My mother has also seen her and really likes her too! She seems like a great addition to Evergreen.

She seemed very rushed and talked too fast, but she answered all my questions and sent me home with information that explained my condition, so I could absorb it better. I felt she was very knowledgeable and she gave off a confidence that makes you feel like you're in good hands.

She went over the osteoporosis data detail with me. I understood some of it. What I did not understand was my fault, not the provider's. IN the end, I saw shw was thorough and trusted her.

Appointment was for a thyroid node biopsy, based on an earlier ultrasound. To ensure the biopsy was needed the doctor performed an ultrasound to confirm a biopsy was still necessary. Doctor explained all procedures so I knew what to expect. Doctor's phone call and message following the biopsy to explain test resultswas very detailed.

The provider spoke incredibly quickly while using medical terminology that would be difficult for non healthcare workers to fully understand. As it is, endocrinology is not my specialty of expertise and I kept trying to lower the pace of information and asked for additional clarification. I felt this provider was dismissive of me and my concerns.
