Personal Information

I am a San Diego native who has fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest has to offer. 
I enjoy trail running, hiking, biking and when possible try to get to the snow covered mountains for fun.  I enjoy practicing flamenco dance as a way of expressive release in classes as well as at home.

Community Involvement

I am a member of the Northshore School District's Student Mental Health Well Being Committee with a hope of promoting mental health in the schools at all levels. 
I am active in local and national Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner organizations as well as Perinatal Support WA.
