I had to initiate questions. I didn't feel he had looked at my chart as he said" I didn't do anything for you last visit" when he had.

Dr Bras was the worst provider I have ever seen. He did not know about any of my medication allergies and I had to argue with him when he tried to give me penicillin (I am allergic) and he did not have any knowledge about my surgery (I came in for a two week follow up). He did not numb both sides of my nose when he did the rhinoscopy and I left in so much pain that I had to pull over to cry. It was very frustrating and upsetting especially since there is a note on my chart about the anxiety I have when I'm at doctors offices. I am still very shaken up about this visit. He also told me that it looks like I have an infection but then didn't document that on my chart, he also didn't document the new antibiotic he gave me.

*Orion Bras is an excellent provider in every way. He listens, is friendly, and knows his stuff!

He found no obvious problem with my ear, so wasn't too concerned about how to manage it long term. Seemed somewhat dismissive of my discomfort.
