1st meeting with Dr Pefanco. She has a good bedside manner not to agitate my mother w/ dementia which was impressive.

Dr Pefanco was really patient with my mother and took the time needed to really explain relevant patient information and why my mother would want to do her best to follow Dr recommendations for managing some of her current issues. Dr Pefanco doesn't miss a beat and is always willing to repeat information or important instructions multiple time to accomodate my mother. This level of patient care is not to be matched compared to the norm of managed healthcare.
