Katharine demonstrated how I was to massage my carpal tunnel area so I knew exactly how much pressure to use & how deep to go. She was extremely helpful.

The care provider saw me at the fitting appointment. He provided detailed status , problems he found and possible treatments. The results were difficult for a non medical person to understand. The last appointment was with a nurse assistant who was very helpful and patient. I felt like both were sympathetic, knowledgeable and not pressuring. I decided to put off the procedure but I have knowledge of what it would entail.
