I saw a doctor that I don't normal see as I needed to be seen quite quickly. This doctor was empathetic, informative, and overall wonderful. To be frank, if she were physically at a closer facility I would transfer my care directly to her. She allowed me to ask questions, ensure all my symptoms were treated, and helped me understand what the requirements were for my return to work when told my place of work was already pushing for my return as soon as the 5 day quarantine was over. I ended up having symptoms for over a week and a half (the antivirals helped greatly) and due to her informative approach I was able to better advocate for myself when asked if I would return while still experiencing symptoms. I truly appreciated every part of the appointment from the prompt arrival time of the doctor, to her ensuring all symptoms were addressed and treated.

I wish provider performs more tests and provides data which proves diagnosis. Just looking at the patient and asking over question isn't enough to make a medical decision.

Forgot to mention when calling to schedule appointment I had a concerning bump .. Rather than check it out really quick she glanced to side and said her next appointment is already there. Ok. So now I have to wait to be seen by someone else.
