Contraception and well women's screening including family planning, pap screening and breast cancer screening.
Minimally invasive gynecology including: diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, diagnostic and operative laparoscopy, tubal sterilization, total vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy and oophorectomy. 
Office gynecology including: IUD insertion and removal, cervical and endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, LEEP procedure, nexplanon removal.
Normal and high risk obstetrics including: normal vaginal delivery, operative vaginal delivery including forceps assisted and vacuum assisted, cesarean delivery, external cephalic version, trial of labor after cesarean delivery.
Infertility evaluation and treatment including: ovulation induction and PCOS treatment.

Personal Information

I am a Seattle native, and my immediate family lives in the Seattle area. I've been married since 2004 and am the father of three very busy children (Lauren, Teo, Cora). I enjoy all that the PNW offers, including water and snow sports, trail running and hiking, road and mountain biking, supporting Seattle area teams (especially the Sounders and Sonics), and I enjoy spending time supporting my kids' endeavors in the pool, on the field or on the mountain.

Dr Tagavilla never responds to my concerns. For the postpartum appointment he didn't even examine my uterus despite explicitly asking. He Is always In rush to exit the room.

The care team has always provided excellent care for when I was going through pregnancies, but now that I am at the peri-menopause stage of life, there seems to be no questions during check-in or my annual visit related to that. Given the enormous impact peri-menopaused has on me at this life stage I feel unsupported and overlooked.

Dr. Tagavilla is an excellent healthcare professional. Always very human, friendly, and always ready to listen and educate patients with his knowledge. So grateful he's our doctor.

The doctor misunderstood the point of the visit and didn't hear what I was telling them. It was a consultation for a c section and the first thing I said was I did not want to go into labor however he then went into how trial labor would be great and acceptable and even put that in the notes summary.

Dr. Tagavilla has been a breath of fresh air. Having bad experiences in the past with other providers, I can definitely say that Dr. Tagavilla truly cares for his patients and makes an effort on going a step ahead towards your care. He listens to you, is respectful and makes a stress free environment.

Best provider I have ever had. I love Tagavilla. Always very helpful, caring, and understanding toward my views and concerns. He delivered my first baby and I couldn't be more grateful for him. I have never had a better experience with a healthcare provider, he truly is the best.
