Personal Information

A Michigan native, I'm happy to have made the Pacific Northwest my home over the past 10 years. I enjoy the variety of outdoor activities that are available, particularly skiing. I also love the vibrant community and culture in the greater Seattle area.
I particularly enjoy group fitness, especially yoga and high-intensity interval workouts.
You will often find me on the sidelines cheering my children on in the their multiple athletic events.
