Philosophy of Care
Life changes and mental health challenges can make folks feel stuck and unable to move forward. In my practice, I meet patients where they are in their journey and help them to move toward a future in which they can thrive. I center the voice and needs of the patient, taking a collaborative, educational and positive approach to treatment through an anti-oppression lens. I walk with clients through life transitions and provide holistic care that responds to the needs of each person individually through the many stages of life.
