Experience

Bridget was born and raised in the Cayman Islands, making her a rare native Caymanian in the PNW. She has lived in the Puget Sound region for the past 20 years and embraces the enjoyment found in our beautiful outdoors with activities such as hiking, running, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Salem State University in Salem, MA in 1997, and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Concordia University, WI in 2004. She has worked in areas such as GI/Liver disease, Surgery, Oncology, and recently helped launch and teach in an ABSN program and has served as a mentor for DNP/FNP students from the UW since 2017 as part of her commitment to nursing education. She keeps her skills current working bedside in the ICU per diem and maintains active membership in Sigma Theta Tau, APNS, AACN, and ASAN.
