Darin Bradshaw, MD, is a board-certified physiatrist treating patients with acute and chronic neck and back pain with conservative treatment options, including physical therapy, non-opioid pain medications, spinal injections, and lifestyle interventions. Additionally, as a lifestyle medicine physician, Dr. Bradshaw has mastered the tools needed to prevent, treat, and reverse chronic disease in an evidence-based manner and through the main pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep and social connection. Dr. Bradshaw's goal is to act as a medical expert and coach, educating patients about their treatment options so they can make educated decisions about their health and ways to regain their quality of life.
