Dr.Al Soufi is a very kind, knowledgeable doctor. He diagnosed and started the process of working on a health problem I had been trying g to figure out for years.

He usually does not remember my medical history and does not pull up my chart. I don't feel comfortable asking questions because of past treatment, and I now expect little to no explanation for why I'm being prescribed a medication. He does not use my preferred name or pronouns, in person or in my chart. His time is very important but it often feels like mine is not.

Dr. Al Soufi is a stellar doctor! He showed real interest and concern in my issue and was very thorough in follow up.

Dr Alsoufi alway takes the time to listen to all my concerns and answers all of my questions. He also gives me very good information on ways to improve my brain health and suggestions of activities and of good literature to read about the brain. I always feel listened to and I appreciate the quality of time he spends with me.

Dr AlSoufi is the BEST medical provider I have met in the Evergreen system.

He was a great human and very compassionate.

I have sometimes felt this physician hasn't reviewed my current medical records before our visit. This was bothersome because he was part of the medical team involved with the decision to have this particular medical procedure (surgery) to help with overall balance Issues. There were also no minor tests performed to assess if the procedure had made any physical change, at that point. He may have been running late. I LIKE him but am sometimes more confused after our appointments rather than feeling my questions were answered.

Dr Alsoufi is the kindest, most professional care provider. He always listens well & focuses on his patients 100% of the time, he always listens & acknowledges everything you ask. I never trusted anyone more than him when it comes to care providers

Dr. Alsoufi is an EXCELLENT caregiver. Always shows concern and support during my visits while diagnosing and treating my very difficult condition. I truly appreciate his ongoing search to define and treat my condition. A big THANK YOU for taking the time!
