Sara is compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful with her explanations. We truly appreciate our time with her. Her staff is also professional and efficient.

I don't even know how she made any diagnosis since she didn't ask me about any of my symptoms at all.

She is top notch. I recognize Im the worst patient ever and get fainty/lightheahed in medical environments. She was the absolute best in helping me through it and helped educate me on what I was going through.

Went beyond expectations

She was awesome! Very informative and compassionate.

This provider was the first provider to question why, after 15 years, I was taking a medication for congestive heart failure. She suggested that I try eliminating this medication to see if my body really needed it. I don't need this medication after all!!

She treated me like I was just seeking treatment for no reason. She attempted to clean out a piece of wax on my ear drum was frustrated that I was coughing every time she dug and proceeded to use hydrogen peroxide which caused excruciating pain to lift if our. She said this meant I had a hole in my ear drum. Which she said she didn't see. As she was checking me out after saying she needed to see me after the hearing exam back tracked as I was leaving and said only if the report said it was necessary and right before she walked away said the hole could not be there and she could of knicked something and walked away. Finally after the test which the hearing specialist said I had a hole based on the pressure test and needed to be reseen, she messaged and said everything was great and I didn't need to be seen. A replied message detailing what the audiologist said has not been replied to. I walked out of there feeling like I was treated like and idiot and even though I was there for coughing due to back drain that wasn't addressed and instead it was a huge issue for comfortability and as such wasn't addressed. I feel like if I had walked in with a mask on I would of been treated differently

We spent what seemed like the majority of our visit time confirming my prescriptions, even though I had filled out a thorough checkin prior to the appointment. Once she examined me she basically told me my only treatment option was to ignore it, which a) I know is not true based on my own research and b) felt rushed and inconsiderate of the struggle I was having with the problem.
