He did not listen to me or even ask what questions I had about my condition. He told me contradictory information about my condition. He was on his own agenda and did not listen well.

The doctor is fantastic.

Dr. Maidan does take care of other family members.

Dr Maidan has been an excellent provider to both of my parents and now to me for over 14 years. I can honestly say he is my favorite doctor of all time. He explains issues in concise layman's terms. He is encouraging in a way most of today's society misses. He is also clear about choices a patient has and thus involves the patient in their own care. I would recommend Dr Maidan hands down and am grateful for his expertly delivered care.

Could not ask for anyone better

Dr Rubin Maidan Is an exceptional doctor! It was clear that he had reviewed my extensive and complex medical history prior to my consultation appointment. He was fully present and engaged. He was extremely knowledgeable not just about cardiology but about my many unusual conditions that are outside of the realm of cardiology. He provided clear explanations. He asked insightful questions and actively listened. He demonstrated care and compassion. He provided me with options on possible care pathways and asked how I felt about them and what questions and concerns I had. He discussed next steps with me, provided the "why" behind them. He made me feel truly seen, heard and understood! He provided truly exceptional care.

When I logged in for the video appointment, he had a phone visible on his shoulder as though he was either listening or awaiting a message with another patient. It immediately set the tone for the conversation that his attention was elsewhere. He denied my symptoms and was not receptive to my explanations. It was frustrating trying to talk to him, as though I had to convince him to listen to my symptoms. He did not warrant any curiosity to my situation.

I travel far to see Dr. Maidan because he is a fine physician...and definitely worth the extra time and effort it takes for me to get to His office

He listened to my questions, but it was obvious he had a pre-scripted approach to my care. There was no attempt to tailor my treatment plan to my individual needs. I will not return to this clinic.

This was one of the best experiences I have had seeing a doctor. Dr. Maidan was excellent; he knew right away what my problem was and thoroughly discussed my options. He listened to me and I could tell he genuinely cared. I had many concerns and he patiently listened to them. In talking with a friend later, she observed that my condition is frequently not diagnosed properly and how fortunate I was to see Dr. Maidan. Dr. Maidan clearly has kept up to date with medicine.

I feel he could have spent more time with me s8nce he was late and addresses my concerns about cholesterol as well as what I was there for. I was not given any literature about what he thinks I have. I had to look it up on Google to learn about it. It would have been nice if I had more information about it. He briefly explained it to me.

DR. Maidan is the best!! Very easy to talk to and really cares about his patients!! I know he is very busy but he never rushes me.

Dr Maidan surprised me by treating my condition through a holistic lens which complemented my preferred care style and gave him additional credibility in my eyes. Super rare for a medical professional to view the patient as a whole as opposed to just zoning in on the problem being diagnosed. I have seen Dr Maidan as my primary cardiologist for 25 years. He has seen me through 4 open heart surgeries, including 2 aortic valve replacements. Before I retired I sent several patients to him.

Dr. Maiden has always been very attentive to my health needs. I am quite pleased with his care and have often recommended him to others.

Dr. took extra time to go over my situation in several aspects. A great listener & he seemed to care. Explained things well.

I had genuine concerns about my heart, and the correlation between my heart and symptoms I was experiencing and difficulties with my thyroid. I felt like he was in a hurry to dissmiss my concerns as non heart related. He was nice about it, but these concerns have been going on for quite awhile. I felt like he had no answers regarding this. He did have answers regarding nutrition. He did order an ECG and a stress test.

I came to this office on referral from my doctor because her other patients have had good results with this doctor. He was very nice and courteous however I feel that he made up his mind about my healthcare based on my appearance. He didn't ask about my lifestyle or eating habits but made assumptions on appearance alone.

He is extremely kind and also a good listener. Open minded on other treatments.

Dr Maidan was excellent

Years long relationship. I credit him with saving my life twice. He was short, abrupt, and basically told me he was too busy to give me the time he used to. I had legitimate medication concerns regarding my treatment. I understand this clinic is swamped. But this was beyond rude.

He dissuaded me from taking my own notes. He took (hard to read) notes and gave them to me on a paper napkin. I hope he understands a patient needs to get information however it works for THEM, not him. People assimilate information differently and he needs to follow people's needs.
