Personal Information

I decided on becoming a doctor as I wanted to pair my love for science with a direct and personal way of improving the lives of others. I liked a little bit of everything in medical school and had a hard time deciding what specialty to go into so general Internal Medicine ended up being the best choice for me as I liked treating adults and liked knowing a little about a large number of different topics.
My wife, Eve, and I moved to Washington from Virginia (where she just completed medical school) when she matched into Otolaryngology residency at the University of Washington. We were drawn to the area for the wide breath of cultural and recreational opportunities. Our toy poodle, Tesla, is acclimating well and enjoys the hikes she has taken with us!
