I like July very much

I loved her. She was just what I needed in a tough situation.

This care provider is very good. She answers all my questions and has a very positive Attitude as do the nurses who assist her.

July is a terrific care provider and deeply knowledgeable

This care provider is very efficient And caring.

She was very good at explaining the treatment plan.

Dr Pan was excellent in treating my infected lower leg wound. She explained the procedures that she was doing on the wound and explained the at home treatment plan, as it changed each week. If I had follow up questions about the sequence of usage of medical supplies to be used at home the nurses clarified details (even wrote them out at one point) before I left the office. I had excellent care during a time when I was very concerned about healing an infected leg wound.

The care provider was a very positive influence and I was always glad to see her.

Has an accent which sometimes is hard for me to understand. Should talk a little slower.

Dr. July, and the others as well, gave excellent care. I felt very taken care of and listened to. I would highly recommend to them.

July is an incredibly proficient and thoughtful practitioner. Her familiarity with my medical history both inside and outside of wound care has made her an extremely valuable confidant when discussing my care. She is always willing to explain the nature of treatments and wounds and is open to questions. Her expertise and experience have been essential in determining and adjusting my wound care. Outside of her medical knowledge, she is a very kind and caring person and naturally shows an interest in my well being as a person, not just as a patient.

We LOVE *July! She is wonderful - very knowledgeable & always has a smile & kind words.
