Philosophy of Care

My philosophy of care is straightforward: you and I are a team. We make all decisions together because we want the same things. Surgery is not the answer for everyone, but when surgery is the right decision, I consider it my duty to perform a technically excellent service for my patient.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hayward. I saw him for a second opinion on a neurological Issue. When we met with him it was clear he had done a thorough job looking through my records and could speak accurately on my exact situation. He spent much more time than I ever expected talking through treatment options and thoroughly answered all our questions. He was kind, caring, but honest. I moved my care to Evergreen hospital because of Dr. Hayward and the wonderful staff that made the experience as easy and low stress as possible.
