Dr. Adrielle Fry is a fellowship trained physician with expertise in non-operative management of sports, musculoskeletal, and spine care. She has experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnostic and injection guidance purposes as well as x-ray guided procedures for musculoskeletal and spine care.
Dr. Fry can provide regenerative medicine approaches (such as platelet rich plasma) for tendon and joint issues as appropriate.
She is also passionate about providing concussion care and education for patients.

Personal Information

My passion for sports and sports medicine comes from my father. An accomplished marathoner, he taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, and just how devastating any injury can be. These early life lessons, combined with my own academic and athletic pursuits, have helped to shape my life and have culminated in dedicating my career to helping others stay active and return to those activities that enrich their lives.
As a native of Houston, I am still in awe of the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and enjoy exploring the area with my husband. If not out running, hiking, or covering a local sporting event, you will likely find us walking in our neighborhood to try out a new coffee shop or restaurant.
I am also an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction and am always on the hunt for the next great read.

Community Involvement

An avid runner, I enjoy providing medical care annually for the Seattle Marathon and the Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon. I also care for young athletes at Ballard High School and serves as the current team physician for Lake Washington High School.
Additionally, I give my time and enjoy working with adaptive athletes for the Seattle Slam quad rugby tournament, Seattle Slam wheelchair basketball and the National Veteran's Wheelchair Games.

I wish the doctor was able to talk to me about the X-rays right after she gets them. I always have to wait a month or two to talk about them because I have to make another appointment. And your IT wasn't working the day I was there so she had no chance to see them in any case.
