Sleep Medicine

If you're among the one in 10 Americans who has a significant sleep disorder, it's more than an inconvenience. While it might only cause daytime drowsiness, it can put you at risk for other chronic diseases.

Symptoms of a Sleep Disorder

If you have any of these symptoms, a sleep disorder may be robbing you of the quality sleep needed to be at your best mentally and physically.

  • Difficulty falling asleep
  • Awaken frequently during the night
  • Feeling drowsy during the day, even after getting enough nighttime sleep
  • Having memory problems or trouble concentrating
  • Dozing off while driving or watching TV
  • Feeling depressed
  • Hallucinations
  • Mood swings

Why People Prefer EvergreenHealth

EvergreenHealth Sleep Services is accredited by the American Association of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

Our location by a lush and peaceful greenbelt gives patients a relaxing setting to simulate normal sleep conditions as much as possible.

After successful treatment, we follow up with patients at least once a year. Other patients may need more frequent follow up to manage medication or adjust sleeping aids such as a PAP device.

Insurance Coverage

EvergreenHealth Sleep Services accepts most insurances, though some may require you to get a referral from a primary care provider.

Because requirements for approval vary with insurance companies, you should contact your insurance provider if you have any questions.
