Use the Central entrance and park free in Central garage.

Bicycle racks are available.

EV charging station is available on Level A - Southwest corner of the garage

Finding the Office

From the Central garage, there are two options:

(option 1) Take the elevator to the ground floor of the garage enter the EvergreenHealth Surgery & Physicians Pavilion (Tan Zone) front entrance. You'll be on the second floor. Take the elevator or stairs to the fourth floor.

(option 2) There is direct access to the EvergreenHealth Surgery & Physicians Pavilion from the fourth floor of the Central garage. Enter here, walk to the end of the hallway and turn left, follow the signs to Suite 420.
