If you park on the 4th floor of the Central garage, you can enter the EvergreenHealth Surgery & Physicians Pavilion directly and follow signs to Tan 400.

Otherwise, take the garage elevator to the ground floor and walk to the EvergreenHealth Surgery & Physicians Pavilion entrance. Take the lobby elevator to the 4th floor and follow signage to Tan 400.
