Dr. Gonzales knew I had questions (I had a clipboard!) and asked me for each question, listing it in my chart. He then proceeded to answer each question fully, asking for additional questions. I felt heard, and listened to! I was an engineer, and the descriptions were appropriate to my knowledge and training level. I really appreciate Dr. Gonzales!

My condition is a bit of a conundrum; the test I took gave a vague, Indeterminate result; and I'm currently between two surgeries I'm having this summer. So my body has a lot going on and this provider isn't really sure of the adjustments to make, or even how to speak to what is going on in my body related to his specialty. So it was a little confusing, both for him and for me. But he definitely tried his best to make some sense of it all.
