Description

Mental well-being is foundational to living a balanced, fulfilling life. It requires nurturing your own mental health while supporting others in maintaining theirs.  This class emphasizes the interconnectedness of self-care and caregiving, empowering participants to build a mentally resilient lifestyle while fostering stronger, supportive relationships.

Class Objectives:

  • Understand the importance of mental well-being in daily life.
  • Learn strategies for supporting others in their mental health journey
  • Develop self-care habits to maintain personal mental well-being
  • Explore the balance between caring for others and oneself.

This class creates a supportive, interactive space to explore mental well-being while equipping participants with skills to improve their lives and the lives of those around them.  Instructed by Dr. Danit Erlich, Mental Health Educator.  FREE!  Register each person attending.
