Chair Yoga

This is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. It is appropriate for those with mobility issues due to aging and body constitution or those recovering from recent surgeries. This class is held In-Person at Peter Kirk Community Center.  FREE!  Register each person attending.
