Hospital Volunteer Letter of Recommendation

In addition to submitting your Volunteer Application, you will need to bring a letter of recommendation to your scheduled interview.

Your letter of recommendation should be written by an adult (no family members please) who is familiar with your professional and/or personal characteristics. Good examples include teachers, professors, friends, neighbors, employers and co-workers.

It may be helpful to provide your reference with information about why you are interested in volunteering at EvergreenHealth; this may be helpful in directing your reference in writing the letter.

In addition to writing on your education and experience, other topics your reference may want to include in her/his letter include:
