Richard Meeks is a seasoned compliance professional with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As Chief Compliance Officer, he oversees the organization's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Richard's career began in 1998 as a Compliance Officer at the University of Washington Medical Center, where he developed and implemented compliance policies. He then served as Director of Compliance at Swedish Medical Center from 2003 to 2010, leading initiatives that enhanced organizational compliance. In 2010, Richard joined Providence Health & Services as Vice President of Compliance, overseeing compliance programs across multiple states. He later became Chief Compliance Officer at MultiCare Health System, where he led compliance strategies for the organization's hospitals and clinics.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Washington and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC) and a member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).

Throughout his career, Richard has been committed to promoting ethical practices and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. His extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in fostering a culture of compliance within the organizations he has served.
