Monique Gablehouse's responsibilities include leading home health, hospice, palliative medicine, behavioral health, and virtual/digital health services. She is also the Co-Executive Sponsor for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Council.
Gablehouse joined EvergreenHealth in 1998 as an emergency department social worker and served in several leadership roles. She was promoted to Hospice and Palliative Care Director (2008), to Home Care Executive Director (2010), to Vice President of Clinical Integration & Home Care/Hospice (2012) leading the integration and inter-connections of EvergreenHealth clinical services, coordinating the continuum of care and disease management resources and systems, and to the COO position in 2019.
As the VP of Clinical Integration, she helped launch the first Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) in the Puget Sound region in 2013, EvergreenHealth Partners. In 2017, she expanded the CIN to 4 hospitals and over 1,300 providers as Eastside Health Network and continues to serve on the Eastside Health Alliance Coordinated Quality Council.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington, along with a Master of Social Work degree. She is on the board of LifeWire (Together Against Domestic Violence).
